History
The Frisby Family has been developing residential and commercial property in Waterford for almost 40 years. Founded by Noel Frisby Snr in the early 1980’s, Frisby Homes has since grown and expanded to become an industry leader in the South East of Ireland. Now into the next generation, we remain focused on developing stylish, modern, A-Rated homes along with developing and managing multiple commercial developments in the South East.
The success of both our residential & commercial developments is centered around the value we put on providing the highest quality end product and experience for our end users. It would not be possible to achieve this without the dedication and hard work of the teams involved from project inception to delivery.
Over the past forty years we have therefore built a loyal and dedicated team of employees and industry partners. A testament to our good name is the fact that we are now selling houses to the children of clients of the 80’s & 90’s.
