Fairfield Park – Phase 2

In 2018 Frisby Homes returned to the Fairfield Park site with planning for a further 38 no. 3 bedroom semi detached houses and 2 no. 3 bed bungalows. Given the huge demand for social houses at the time, Waterford Council in partnership with Circle Voluntary Housing Association offered to purchase the units in this final phase. It was necessary to deliver these in a rapid fashion and to a tight schedule, to ensure the units were available as soon as possible for the families moving in.
