Many of the strategic lands are in the Waterford area and suitable for developing a wide range of projects. We currently have 4 active sites in Waterford with various others in different stages of planning.
Senior Quantity Surveyor

Our company is looking to hire an experienced Project QS to work on specific projects across various sectors and sites; commercial, residential, hospitality and industrial. All current projects are based in Waterford City with a pipeline of over 2000 new homes, 600 student accommodation beds, 2 retail parks and various other commercial projects.
